Chia Pudding

  If you follow me on Instagram or Snapchat or here, you know that I’m a sucker for anything sweet for breakfast. Don’t make that ‘EW sweet in the morning?’ face at me! I get that a lot actually. I usually make smoothies or chia pudding for breakfast to satisfy my sweet-tooth. chiapudding I love the fact that apart from it is SO instagrammable, it also
  1. satisfies my sweet craving
  2. AND at the same time motivates me to have breakfast
  3.  SUPER healthy( OMEGA3s, lots of fiber and protein)
  4. can be made in a jiffy/ grab-n-go kinds
Here’s how I make it. You’ll need Chia seeds- 1/3 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk- 1 cup Maple syrup or honey- 1tsp How to Add chia seeds and almond milk to a mason jar and let it sit overnight or minimum 30 mins. Add the fruits you have in hand, I added couple of dates, blackberries, strawberries, coconut flakes, almond slivers, mango coulis. I have also tried with all the nut butters and feel free to add all kind of fruits and nuts. I’m sure it’ll keep you full and love it!
