Bisibelebath in Instant Pot

So, last week I told you guys that I received my IP and would like to try these recipes. I just got to try yogurt and bisibelebath as of now, both came out well. I tried using part rice part quinoa combined with toor dal and loved how it turned out. You can use just rice and dal too.I’m using my mom’s bisibelebath powder here. My name gets butchered.

My name is Aishwarya and it gets butchered all the time. “Icewarya” “Ashwarya” “Ashley” “Aishweria” These are the top four worst versions of my name. Ugh! The struggle is real!!!!!!!! Not trying to kill you with those unnecessary overdose of exclamation marks but that’s how I cringe! In fact there are very few people who call me by my real name, I have like zillion nick names but that’s another story for another time.. I understand if Starbucks gets my name wrong because that’s their thing. I understand even if non-Indians get my name wrong since its foreign to them. But my fellow Indian friends, WHY?!!!! It’s not like my name is very tough or unique. I know like(count the number of times I used the word “like” in this post) more than 10 AISHWARYAs myself. Green Smoothie Bowl

If you have been following me here or Instagram, you know that I’m a sucker for smoothies. I love how yummy, healthy and filling it is. Checks all the boxes! I also love how you can play around with the ingredients and develop new recipes. Most of my smoothies look green but definitely doesn’t taste the same. My smoothies are green because I love me some spinach/kale in my smoothies.
