Turn the frown upside down.

One of Hari’s masters friend visited us over the weekend and we a great time with him. I’ve met him once during my wedding but couldn’t get to talk much then but to make it up we had loads of fun and some much needed pep talk. I felt so positive and courageous after his visit.

Tuesday was good too, I spoke to my happy pill aka Soumya for record breaking 2:59:00hrs! Usually we talk every Monday since I had guests visiting we had to reschedule our weekly meeting to Tuesday. Life felt good with good people around and good talks until yesterday. πŸ™

Something came up yesterday and spoiled my mood and almost drainedΒ the life out of me. Yes the election results and something personal happened too which flushed the positivity and courage out of me. I sat crying all day and the stomach cramps (which I get when I’m anxious) made its appearance after a long time. It was just one of those days where you just have to cry it all out to be alright. By evening I was completely ok, H and I were watching ‘Jimmy Kimmel’ on loop. The rest of the evening was contrast to how my day was- I was ROFLing and LMAOing in the evening and also made some yummy aloo parathas. If you ever have a bad day or go a li’l cuckoo like I do, I’ll give few links below. It’s sure to turn your frown upside down. And if you don’t ever have bad days, good for you but still watch these videos anyway. πŸ˜€
