I have tried around 10 varieties of overnight oats now and this is my most favorite yet! Banana-dates combo is a close second. I can’t wait to try it with nut butter as it will make it more creamy and also more flavorful. Here’s how I made tres leches overnight oats.
INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup ‘uncooked’ oats
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1 tbsp sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tsp evaporated milk
- 1 tbsp yogurt
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- I added apple pieces and topped with a strawberry and some more yogurt. You can add any fruit of your choice.
