Tres Leches Overnight Oats


I have tried around 10 varieties of overnight oats now and this is my most favorite yet! Banana-dates combo is a close second. I can’t wait to try it with nut butter as it will make it more creamy and also more flavorful. Here’s how I made tres leches overnight oats.


INGREDIENTS
  • 1/2 cup ‘uncooked’ oats
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tsp evaporated milk
  • 1 tbsp yogurt
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • I added apple pieces and topped with a strawberry and some more yogurt. You can add any fruit of your choice.
Add everything except the toppings in a jar and mix well and let it sit in refrigerator overnight. Add the toppings just before you eat and enjoy. It stays good for 3 days when refrigerated.
