Brownie Batter Overnight Oats


If you follow me on Instagram, you know that I seem overnight oats obsessed. The thing is I’m not obsessed but I’m surely getting there. I get a lot of DMs asking how come I love oats so much. LOL. I don’t love oats but I love the convenience of making it in advance and just grab and eat whenever I want. I love how I can channel my creativity and develop my own recipes. Here’s one such recipe that I love and this is how I make it.

INGREDIENTS
  • 1/2 cup ‘uncooked’ oats
  • 2 tbsp yogurt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • sugar/honey as required
  • some chocolate chips to top

Add everything except the chocolate chips and shake well. Let it sit in your refrigerate overnight. Unscrew the lid next morning, add in chocolate chips and enjoy!!!
