3 Ingredient Mango Ice-cream

It’s been eons since I posted here but it feels good to be back.
As much as I’d love to write a post once in a while, motherhood is exhausting (in a good way lol).

Summer is here and the struggle is real. Let’s beat the heat with this easiest ice-cream recipe ever with just 3 ingredients !! This is a no churn ice-cream recipe and you don’t need any fancy ice-cream maker or any equipment to make this. The base recipe is so versatile and the flavor possibilities are endless. Ill also post other recipes soonly. This is definitely a crowd-pleaser, I mean, I don’t even like ice-cream and I loved it. So try it and thank me later, K?  
So, you will need.

Heavy whipping cream- 2 cups(chilled)
Condensed milk- 1 cup
Mango pulp-1 cup

1. In a bowl, add in whipping cream and beat it with a whisk until the stiff peaks are formed.
2. Add in condensed milk and mango pulp.
3. Gently mix until well combined.
4. Pour the mixture into a container. Close it and freeze it for at least 4 hours but preferably overnight.
5.Scoop it. Serve it. Eat it.
