Fruit Pizza

Summer is here baby, my favorite time of the year! All of my favorite fruits are in season now and I’ll take full advantage of that. I don’t know about you, I crave for something sweet after every meal. Now that the mangoes, berries, peaches are in season, I’m satisfying my cravings with these delicious fruits. Moringa Leaves Stir-fry

  Growing up, I hated greens and vegetables. I vividly remember making faces at my mom whenever she force fed us. Little did I know the health benefits then, all I knew was spinach was Mr.Popeye’s favorite. Now, greens are a must for me not that I like it but I feel good when I eat it. I usually add it to my daily smoothies or else in curries like palak paneer, spinach dal tadka or a simple stir-fry like this one. This time I was surprised to find moringa leaves/ drumstick leaves/Murunga keerai in our Indian grocery story and grabbed it without second thoughts. Broccoli Curry

broccoli_gravy Growing up, I used to be such a picky eater and refused to eat vegetables. Give me any fruit, I would eat it without complaining. Even now I’m not a big fan of any vegetable, but I have grown old enough to realize that whether you like it or not, you gotta eat it.
