Lasagne with homemade marinara sauce

lasagna Lasagne and ravioli are my favorite kind of pasta, what’s yours? It’s so tough to find meat-free lasagne in US, even if I find one it tastes so weird.  I had some homemade marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese lying  in my refrigerator, all I needed is some pasta sheets. So, I bought these oven-ready lasagne sheets and whipped up some delicious lasagne at home. {Garden To Plate Series} Marinara Sauce with Fresh Tomatoes

We have been harvesting a lot lately and I have been cooking  a lot too but the bad news is I couldn’t take pictures. I somehow managed to take pictures of this and here’s the blogpost.  At our home, there’s nothing like too many tomatoes. Zucchini Spaghetti in Avocado-Pea-Radish greens Pesto

IMG_2733 I’ve been meaning to try spiralizing zucchini since long time, so glad that I finally made it to the zoodles bandwagon. a lil too late but oh well! We had a zucchini plant last summer which flooded us with jumbo zucchinis and I was running out of recipes. Since they were jumbo in size I couldn’t spiralize it then. I recently picked some small sized zucchinis JUST to make zoodles and it came just fine. I love how it comes together so easily and tastes so much like the real deal.. but healthier.. and tastier.
